  Horrible service at Boardwalk location. Walked into location just before closing time and knew I was going to be cutting it close. There was an older couple in front of me, someone being waited on and only 1 person behind the counter. When the teller was done with the transaction she closed her window and told the older couple that they closed at 7 and it was now after that, pointed to the ATM and said that it was operational until 8. Right about then 2 more bank employees came back with Walmart shopping bags, went behind the counter and started closing everything up while on their cell phones. The older couple tried to use thr ATM but it didn't take deposits and they walked away. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to take their deposit. I know they were there before closing tine because I was in line literally a minute after. HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Took over an hour to have an account closed and a new one opened yesterday. Went to use the new debit card and it didn’t work. Neither the teller, nor the Manager could figure it out. After several minutes of watching blank faces I asked them to figure it out and call me because I was late for work due to the delays. They never called. I just logged in. The old account is still open with an unauthorized transaction on it. Jeremy has been great help in the past but the service yesterday was sub par, ineffective and an overall waste of my time. I am SO thoroughly disappointed with everything about this experience.
